League of Technical Voters (LoTV) is interested in creating a simple Open Source data entry tool to post these fragments to a wiki as the Open Standard. Once we have developed the Standard, it will be posted at one of our Codeathons.
LoTV is currently talking to the ACLU about dedicating volunteers to help take the first pass at populating this distributed database. (1/11/07)
